Hello,

I just completed a rate plan change and cannot select my free perk. I could never select my perk on the previous plan either, and talking to a Koodo rep on the phone yesterday took a while and was not helpful. I want my perk to be rollover data, and the phone number/account in question ends in 35. 
 

I would really appreciate assistance in getting this resolved as the website keeps saying to ‘try again in an hour’, but it’s not going to work in an hour, when it’s never worked once in the past several months at least.

We’ve tried to add the perk from our end but we were unable to. We have submitted a request for the perk to be added by the dedicated team in the backend. This will take up to 3 business days.
