I have a new monthly account and it comes with the choice of two free ‘perks.’ I have tried to select my choice on two different devices, at three different times, but keep getting an error message that says, ‘
It looks like you can’t choose a Perk right now.’ I emailed a request for assistance and got an automated reply that suggested I clear my browser cache. That did not help.
The ‘perk’ I want to choose is unlimited International SMS.
I will schedule a callback if necessary, but hope this post will result in a solution.
