I can not access /manage my free perk

I recently was contacted by Koodo to change to 5G plan

This was very unsuccessful in my area and my coverage was terrible.

When i switched back to 4G i lost my free perk of data rollover.

I can not access free perks now to add it back.

The page is broken and says come back in an hour . It’s been two weeks at least

Let me flag a rep to assist then if it’s broken and keeps saying that for the past two weeks. It may take up to 7 business days if it’s still the same issues causing the page to be broken. A rep will confirm the expected time and hopefully it’s instant.
