since i activated the amazon stream i cant login into the app. 

how do i either:

1) log into the app without having to do scans or codes each time, 2) disconnect amazon prime from this service and recover my old account

it tells me there is no account under that email. probably because its under koodo now but i dont know what the login info would be. there is no koodo option to login

i read all through that. it dosent answer my question 

 


When you get stream+, the only thing that changes is where the account is billed to.

The logins will continue to be the same as they were if linked correctly..

 

I would reach out to amazons customer service if all of a sudden it says your account doesn’t exist. Or check your emails from Amazon to see if you accidentally change the email on your account while trying to linK it to Koodo.
