I changed my plan and bought a phone on Nov 28.  I didn’t get a confirmation email with tracking number but my phone did arrive yesterday.  I’m having an issue with getting my perk attached.  I had the unlimited international long distance perk on my previous plan and that’s why I chose the new plan that I did.  It’s basically the same except for 20 less GB.  when I sign into my account it asks me to choose my perk and already had the LD one checked.  The only thing is it doesn’t attach onto my plan.  Right  now what’s showing is the 0$ pay per use international plan which the “digital assistant” says is a pay the long distance charges plan.  I’ve been having chats for three days and trying to get the assistant to schedule a call back but it keeps coming up with other things to look at.  I thought I’d achieved success last night but then it wanted to check other stuff so I don’t know if I”m getting a call back or not.  I’d just like to get the perk attached.  On  my previous plan it showed as unlimited international long distance. We have issued a request form for the Unlimited Long Distance pack Perk to be added and it would take effect within 2-3 business days to show up in the Self Serve account.
