how do i cancel international roaming

I’m trying to cancel my international roaming add-on + pay-per-use international online but it won’t let me. I can’t make a call because I’m in the USA. I’d like to only have EasyRoam turned on. What do I do?

In self serve are you able to enable Easy roam?

 

Do not remove any international voice roaming or data roaming as easy roam needs these to work.

@meg44 Is there a reason why you wanted to remove your international roaming if you are in the US?  Or were you intending to remove US roaming? Either way, if you are going to use your phone at all it generally is less expensive than pay-per-use rates. If the reason you are wanting to remove it is to prevent charges, the better way to do that is to simply put your phone on airplane mode. This will still allow access to wi-fi.
