I am one of the “very few” who can’t see anything on my home internet subscriptions page, how can I access this deal? When will subscriptions be fixed? Should have an easy timeline to tell your customers.
i won’t even ask if the deal will be honoured for people like me if it expires before Koodo gets their act together. Customer service is an afterthought, actual service is an afterthought, shouldn’t have to trick the bad ai into letting me chat with a person who also doesn’t know what’s going on.
