Hi there,

so for add-ons with koodo, once they’re added and you receive the confirmation email from koodo that it has been added succefully (usually a few mins later) then the add on is effective immediately. I think you’re getting mixed up with if you switched your “perk” on your plan which would take a bill cycle to update. Once you have received the confirmation, you can follow the steps in the link to activate your call forwarding 🙂👍
