Hello guys, I am trying to get home internet into my home and the price is 44$ for existing costumers since i have been with Koodo for a year now. when i try to buy it at the end the price goes back to 60$
it says 60$/monthly then 44$ for existing koodo customers which is my case but i cant buy it

Did you already log in to your Self-Serve account? There should be a pop-up with the deals, one of them being the Internet offer. You can try this method.
I actually was logged in
and when i click on the offer it shows an error screen

Hi @aach, we’ve looked into the eligibility for the discount, the only requirements are that you have a Koodo Postpaid account under the same name and address and you’re logged in. The account must be active and in good standing. The discount is eligible for the eastern provinces where Koodo Internet is available.
We’d also recommend trying to order in an incognito/private window or on a different browser or device.
The discount may not show on the purchase screen but it should be added to the account. Unfortunately, we have no access to Koodo Internet accounts here so we would not be able to confirm if the discount has been applied.
Once you’ve ordered the service, if the discount is not added, you can contact our Internet team via the Koodo Assist so they can look into it for you.
Hello i wake up today to a change of the price .
i was in a call yesterday for like 2 hours, just to get this plan but to my surprise today when i check it’s gone. Now upon checking. the Price is the same either you are a costumer for a year or a new costumer
