Hello i have tried for the last 20 days to get the offer that i have seen in the website. which is 44$ for 100mbs . as shown in the image below

but after that apparently it changed to 60$ for existing costumers.

Contacted them quiet some times but nothing they could not give me the offer that i have found no matter how many times i called them and i find this unfair.
I tried to change from normal to incognito and even in another machine .

When you are logged out of your self serve it shows the $44.

When you are an existing customer it shows as $60.

This is either misleading advertising or it is a glitch on the koodo webpage.  let me flag a rep to confirm.

in the first screen shot, is your location set properly prior to you logging in? 

Make sure that the province that is listed in the top right corner of the website is the same as the address you’re attempting to get pricing for. Otherwise, the pricing will show incorrectly even after you put in an address. 🙂

As ​@Oliver C  mentioned. Please make sure that you select your province on the top right, when viewing the page.  Let us know if it behaves in the same way when you log in.

Yes the screenshots is only taken after i entered my address, when i called them they also can see it but once they try to give the offer to me they say we cannot get you this offer something is wrong with our system.

the next day it disappeared. i don't think it is fair that i could not get what i was advertised to get. and they just changed it afterwards.

yes the black box is well chosen the right province and the right language 


Hi ​@aach, you mentioned you’ve spoken to Koodo Internet agents previously. Were they not able to help with details about the offer?

Unfortunately, we have no access to Internet accounts here so we cannot assist. Have you activated your Koodo Internet account already and you’re being charged $60 or are you still waiting to activate?

 


I have actually gone with the 60$ because i am a student and i am really in need for WIFI. i was supposed to receive my equipment the 3rd of January but i received mine the 10. Upon receiving the equipment  it was not working waited for the tech to arrive home 48hours later he tells me that the router is not working and that i need to request another router. that's what i did Sunday so i am still waiting. It just pains me to see that during all this time i have been using my phone plan which is now costing me more than the Wifi now, and no one is willing to help and see the situation that i am in. as a student living abroad i need home internet 24/7, and yet i am still waiting. 
The offer is supposed to be 44$ after a 3hour call they told me to call back once the system will be fixed because they see the same pricing as i, but once they add it to the cart the price goes up to 66$, so then i tried to wait and when i called back she only gave me the 55$ a temporarily 5$ discount. 
this is actually sad.
