I am out of the country and have tried to contact Koodo with no luck.  I am frustrated with lack of support.  I put my phone on seasonal pause back in October 2024 when I moved to Spain.  Unfortunately, I came home for Christmas and made the mistake of taking off the hold thinking I cut easily put it back on.  I am now back in Spain and will not return to Canada until June 2025.  I cannot continue to pay my plan for a service i won’t be using.  I need to reinstate the seasonal hold or downgrade my plan or worst case cancel the plan.  Please advise, next steps.
