help please! cant choose free perk

Any koodo reps help would be appreciated, I keep getting this message when I try pick a perk on 2 lines on my account, I am trying to select unlimited international sms for them both. I have been trying for the last week now. Thanks

@k2spirit839 Let us take a look and manually apply to Perks to the 2 lines. Not sure why it’s getting caught but we will look after it. It may take a day or so ti identify and solve the root cause for your lines. Thanks for your patience!
