It think your Amazon prime access was the one. When did you have that one? Can you download the PDF bill and check the page 3 of it to see if it was listed $0 or $10?

I added Amazon prime access recently very recently, so it doesn’t show up on my bill yet. According to my PDF bill, the $10 comes from Unlimited LD Pack (27 countries), but it is not showing up on my add-ons list, so I can’t remove it.

That was strange, let me flag a rep to look into it.

We could not authenticate the account through the log in method used here. Please log out of the Community and when you log in, use the Self Serve method, as shown in the picture below: 

Let us know when it is completed. 

Click on Manage Perks.
