I keep trying activate Telus but this is all that happens when I click the activation in self-serve. I installed and logged in with no issue but continue to get emails to complete activation. I'm not interested in the service, I just want to quit being told I need to activate it when there is no option to complete the process to be seen.

The one you’re trying to load is for Telus tv subscriptions to get their whole tv package.

The site for the free shows offered through stream+ can be found here:

Hi Allan. Thanks for the link but this looks identical to what I see in the app and still didn't activate the subscription on the Koodo self-serve end. Really this post is more about getting rid of the reminder to activate the subscription rather than use the service itself.

What happens when you click on my link, click the Koodo button, and then login with your Koodo credentials? Do you get access to TELUS Films & Series?

It goes to the TV and movie series available, so does the app. This does not make it say it is activated in the Koodo self-serve subscription page which is what I am looking to resolve because I keep getting email reminders about it.

You should be good then!

Still says it has not been activated despite logging in both app and the website. Which has been the issue since signing up for the new steam+.

ETA: Clicking the Activate button leads to the webpage in my OP.

Mine says the same thing. There’s nothing to activate or link for it since it’s just something that’s given to Koodo/Telus customers so I don’t believe that one will switch.

Any of the emails you get about “activating” it should stop once it recognizes you’ve logged in.

I would have thought that too when I logged in when I signed up but wait and see. Hopefully Koodo can address the issue and stop the emails.
