Similar to this thread, I’m getting an error when switching my self-serve plan. I would like to switch to the $30 promotional plan with Premium Voicemail as my perk.

Are you able to make the change for the plan without selecting the perk?


No, when I click on the “Choose Plan and Perk” button, the next page shows an error saying “It looks like you can’t choose a perk right now”. I’ve been seeing the same error for 3 days now.


Ok ​@n234563, the $35 60 GB plan is active, please restart your phone when you get a chance to make sure the changes come into effect. As we've changed the plan mid bill cycle, the data will be prorated. Here is more information on that https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/proration

The auto-pay discount will come into effect starting next bill cycle.

We’re getting the same error message for the perk, so we’ve submitted a request for our team to add it, it should come into effect within 3 business days. Thank you for your patience in the meantime!
