When I try to switch to the following $30 promotional plan, I see the error message below. Do I need to call in order to get the new plan?

Have you tried to make the change without selecting the perk?

I only see a single button that says “Choose Plan and Perk”, which immediately leads the the error mentioned. How can I make the change without selecting the perk?

Which perk are you looking to select with the new plan? Premium Voicemail and Unlimited International SMS (from Canada) are eligible with the new plan

We have managed to make the change for you. The perk will be added within 3 business days.

Please note that there will be a proration for the plan change

For the other account, you’d need to create a community account and log in via self serve.
