I am trying to change my plan to an “$50/month with autopay, Canada US Roaming with data, talk and text, 85GB of shock-free data at 4G speed” plan on Self Serve but can’t complete the process as I can’t successfully pick a perk. Each time I try to choose a perk I get an error that states, “It looks like you can’t choose a Perk right now.” I have been trying to change it for about a week, used different browsers, tried choosing different perks and no perks, and I keep getting the same error.

For the perk we had to submit a request for the perk to be changed in the backend. This will take up to 3 business days.
