I will be traveling internationally and was wondering if I have one account with three phones, will I be paying the easy roaming fee for each phone or per account?

Each line that roams will pay. The only thing free when roaming is receiving SMS. Anything else will trigger easy roam. If you decide you don't want to incur charges, you should make sure your phone data roaming is shut off, and you can put your phone in airplane mode. Or remove your Sim card.
