Im visiting Jordan and activated easy roam which worked the first couple days then I stopped having access to data and sms if I’m not in a wifi zone. (not sure about calls as I don’t want the extra charges)

I’ve tried with a rep with no luck and  all the troubleshooting on the forums with no progress though can’t seem to turn off the automatic connection function to try another network.

What am I missing?

Have you tried all troubleshooting steps here?

We have checked on our end and we can confirm the roaming services are properly provisioned to your account.

Do you have the option to try the sim in a different phone?


Do you see your phone connected to a local Jordan network?
