Hey all, I’m abroad and wanting to downgrade my plan but when i go to self serve there is no option for a lower plan (which used to exist), i only have plans that cost more displayed. And if i request a call back they’ll charge me 2 dollars a minute, so how can i downgrade my plan or get a hold of Koodo without receiving a call back? Thank you!
Are you on Tab at the moment? Plans come and go so might be that your specific plan you saw a while back isn’t available anymore.
No, i have a monthly bill, not prepaid. And i was looking to downgrade to the 15 a month plan (which i believed always existed, or was told it was always an option) to just use for text messages at this point. Plus they bumped up my bill by a couple dollars a month without letting me know.

to talk to a rep when abroad you would have to reach out to them via social media if you wish to avoid any pay per use fees. If you scroll to the bottom of this page, you will find their associated logos with links for Facebook and X (Twitter). Tbh I would try Facebook as I have used it before and it works quite well, you just send them a message and when they can get back to you they will just respond there and it is a rep you will talk to. After some verification they can switch the plan to the $15 starter plan option.
In regards to the bill increase, if you download your PDF bill from self serve for the month before the increase, there will be a notice around the last page indicating a plan price increase on your next bill cycle. I hope this helps
