What was the error when you tried to activate so far?

Hi there, 

thank you so much for your quick reply. I think I might have a typo while I wrote the email address in Disney app while I was activating that. Now when I am checking it says my email didn’t registered.

We have checked and can see Disney+ is activated, did you managed to activate via self serve?


I went through self serve to active it but unfortunately when I enter my email address it shows the plans( standard, …) which needs a payment.
