I recently removed both the US and International Easy Roam add-ons from my account, received the confirmation e-mails of each change, and can see that they have been removed as of December 2 in my account’s Transaction History.

However, when I look at the Easy Roam page when logged in, it’s still showing Easy Roam INTL- PayPerUse Access On is active (it’s correctly showing nothing under the US side).

Looking at my current active add-ons, I see that International Data Roaming and International Voice Roaming are both still there – which is what I want – and neither Easy Roam option is there – which is also what I want.

Why is Easy Roam INTL still showing up as active when it isn’t? Or rather, is it actually still active?

We have checked and can see both Easy Roam US and Intl have been removed.

The pay per use add ons International Data Roaming and International Voice roaming are still there.

They allow you to use your phone at pay per use rates, outside of Canada and US.

Yup, I know how it all holds together! I was just asking whether it was actually disabled because it’s still showing as being active under my account:

 

But since you’ve checked the back-end and can confirm it’s off, then it’s all good.
