I got charged a very small data usage charge last month about the time I upgraded my phone and plan for Black Friday. It's only $0.75. so I am not concerned.

It's just that both my old plan and my new plan have over 50gb or data and I didn't exceed 7bg last month. 

I just wonder how this was triggered on my account.

We have looked into it and we see there was a glitch that triggered the data overage, therefore we were able to remove it.

I wasn’t concerned as it was such a small amount. I just wondered how it got triggered.
