Hi I called the customer service to try to get my plan change form a 55$ 20Go of data to a an offer that Virgin was offering (old client for the internet at home) of 45$ for 20Go which an agent said I could have (if I didn't have a balance) which now I do. They refused even though they said so before...any help on that front?scared to schedule a call since the agents are down right rude...

Koodo may or may not opt to price match an offer with another carrier. I'd suggest sending a private message to Koodo via FB messenger or dm via Twitter to see if a rep there can provide an offer match. If the Virgin offer is available to current customers, maybe they'll grant it. If Koodo keeps saying no, I'd look at other carriers with better price points.
