Hi,

I added 1000mins plan to my phone, but cant make any international call. I got code 13B1.

I saw some post said you have to active “ pay per use international long distance’’, but hold on a second, if I have 1000mins plan why do I have to have pay per use?  Is that means after 1000mins usage I wont got any notification just started charging in per min rate?

Problem solved. Big hanks to Bernard Koodo for helping, but still have to say Koodo’s service sucks.

It’s just the name of the add-on that allows you to make any international calls. If you go into self-serve and add it as an add-on, you’ll then be able to call out.

You never get any notifications for international calls usage. You’ll have to manually track how many minutes you called to make sure you stay within 1000 minutes per bill cycle.

but i only got

International Data Roaming   and  International Voice Roaming shows up in add-on.

Yes, as I said, you have to add it. When you go to Manage Plan and Add-ons, go to MAnage Add-Ons, and select it and add it. It can take 10-15 minutes to take effect, and if it still isn’t working, restart your phone.

I cant find pay per use international long distance add-on so do I just add both roaming?

Can any one helps with this simply issues ? Its getting ridiculous.

Cant find the option to add “ pay per use international long distance” in my add-ons.

And wth is whole digital rep thing that supports to help customer “faster” while closest call is two days later????
