Can you take a screenshot of the plan you have in your self serve?

I know Koodo has Canada-US roaming plans, but I am not aware of Koodo having roaming plans that included mexico.  When did you sign up for this plan?

thanks but I managed to schedule a callback from a service rep who works for Koodo. Hopefully they can explain it to me.

I signed up for it mid october. I’m not so worried about Mexico but US is important.

You wouldn’t need someone to confirm as that was basic information. You could simply go into your self-serve and check detail of the plan there.

If you download your PDF bill, check the page 3 of it. It should have more detail.
