Is it possible to switch from a 55$ rate plan to a pay as you go plan?

Short answer: of course.
Longer answer: it involves buying a prepaid card, signing up and then porting your number across. It’s almost as if you go with an entirely new provider, even though both are Koodo. Be aware that if you have an outstanding TAB, you’d be required to pay that off first, including any Tab bonus amount.
