I am not happy with my current phone plan and want to downgrade. I have 80 GB of data which is a preposterous number as I only use about 10 GB currently. However, if I try to change my rate plan, Koodo doesn't give me the option to downgrade. Seems a little interesting that their lowest option is 80 GB of data. If I log out and go to the sign up page the options for new customers are basically endless. Including a 44 dollar plan with 30 GB. How do I get this plan?

How much you are paying currently? And do you have a Tab balance in your account with Koodo?


I'm currently paying 55 a month for each line and there's 2 lines. I need to get a long distance plan for the US as well and it's cheaper to add it to a new plan than an existing one. 


Also no tab balance.
