My wife is coming to the first month anniversary of her prepaid Koodo phone plan and we need to make some adjustments before we renew.

 

1. All emails are being sent to her (KathyHunter@rogers.com) in French. Please change to English.

 

2. Whenever she phone me, her name does not appear on my Call ID. How can we change this.
