Hello I’m unable to select a perk or see one on my new perk plan koodo offered me today. I would like the rollover data perk as it shows please

 

Are you able to change to the plan without selecting the perk and try select the perk afterwards?


Yes I select the plan without the perk and then I went and tried to add the perk later but it doesn’t show any perks. 


Hi ​@ROCKOFF we’ve attempted to add the $0 Rollover Data perk and we’re getting the same error. We’ve submitted a request to have our team add the perk on the back end. It should be provisioned within 3 business days, thank you so much for your patience!
