My son and I have changed our plans online and cannot choose a perk. It seems like this issue is shared by other members as well. Can someone help us?

We can try to add the perk for you, can you please confirm the last 2 digits of the  phone numbers in question and let us know which perk you would like to add to each one?

One of them ends in 50 and the other ends with 52. 

 

For 50, please add the unlimited international SMS. 

For 52, please add the rollover perk.

We have looked into it and we see the line ending in *50 already has Unltimited International SMS.

For *52, we had to submit a request for Rollover data to be added  in the backend as we weren’t able to add it from our end.

It may take up to 3 business days to be added.
