Cancel Stream+

Hi,

I have removed my subscription for Stream+ on 3 Jan but lately found that it is still on my bill of February.

 

Seems like it is auto-renewed somehow. May I know if anyone can help to confirm the cancellation and there is not further billing of the cancelled service afterwards? Many thanks.

We have checked and we can confirm that the Stream+ add on is now removed from your services, Based on the notes, we see that it was re-added shortly in self serve and an email has been sent to you regarding the addition. 

If you are interested in the new Stream+ subscription (Basic or Premium), which comes with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime, feel free to check out this page https://www.koodomobile.com/en/shop/subscriptions/streamplus.
