My partner passed away last month.
She had a Koodo number under MY account.
I wish to keep the number but cancel the plans / set the minimum rate available.
How can I do this? (no options in the Self Serve menu)

I'm sorry for your loss. If your only goal is to keep the number, but not use it, then it might be better to port to a VoIP service such as Fongo or VoIP.ms.
