I signed up for the free 3 months prime - ends feb 2025 - I then upgraded my stream to stream plus.

i cannot connect the prime due to the free one bumping me out - I can’t cancel the free prime because it doesn’t show as an add-on for my billing.

i was told to call a number - which directed me to call assist - which can’t answer my question (of how to cancel) and there are no agents available for the call back ……

 

I would just like to view my prime without ads …… any assistance appreciated,

Hi ​@Lezlie1, if you want to remove the free Amazon Prime, you can remove it like a regular add-on from your Self Serve. You’ll find on the line ending in 15, here is a guide to removing it https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/changing-your-add-ons


So - I managed to get the free plan off (thank you) but it still will not allow me to activate the stream + Amazon

What happens when you try to activate Amazon through the Stream+ subscription?

Are you getting any specific error?


It was saying I had another account - even when cancelled. But now it’s working, finally
