We have Apple TV from a previous stream+ offer. When we upgraded our firestick, I have been unable to access the Apple service. I’ve tried to make sure I have the right email but “manage perks” is unavailable and the page will not load. We don’t want to disconnect the service since we still want the Apple TV perk. So what next?

We could not identify an account based on the log in method you used here. You can log out of the Community and when you log in, use the Self Serve option, as shown in the picture below and we would gladly look into that for you:

We have checked and we see that the Stream+ add on is active on the line ending in *62.

When you go in self serve, under Mobile Services, do you see the Stream+ add on and the streaming services?


Yes, but it’s already been activated, so I just have “watch now” as an option. When I log in through that, the service isn’t available using the apple ID I know. It’s possible that I have an alternative email I’ve used, but I don’t know which one and can’t access the “manage perks” page to see if it’s listed there.

In this case, we recommend getting in touch with Apple, regarding your Apple TV account.

From our end, we see that Apple TV+ was activated through Koodo Stream+ back in 2023 and the activation email was sent to the email address on your Koodo account. 


I’m chatting with an apple support person right now who states that there has never been an apple subscription service through that email.

How do we fix this? Can you reset the activation link?

 


Can someone on your end fix the “manage perks” page so it loads?

In this case, it means the Apple TV+ was activated or linked with a different email address through Apple. 

We do not have the option to resend the activation link just for Apple TV+, however, we can try to remove and re-add Stream+, however this would mean you will have to activate each of the included service again.

If you need to change your perk and you are unable to, we can try to change it for you.


As long as we have the same streaming services being added, I’m ok with having to sign into each of them again. I promise I’ll write down which email I used this time! Thank you! 😊

We have managed to remove and re-add Stream+, you should be able to start activating the services in self serve, under Mobile Services.
