I’m logged into self-serve, and click on “manage add-ons.”
Try to remove International Data Roaming and I get an error “Heads up! Please go to koodo.com/chat and enter '#AssistSS' to schedule a callback, and a rep will help you with this.”
I’ve scheduled 2 callbacks and both agents told me to use self-serve!?!
Can anyone help?
And before you ask, yes, I am aware I won’t be able to use data roaming while abroad. That’s what I want!
