I’ve been trying to pick a perk the last couple of times I changed my plan. Both times, I ended up picking the new plan without a perk, Now, it shows a banner on my Self Serve page suggesting I pick a perk, but when I try I always get a transaction error. I’ve tried from different devices & browsers to no avail. It used to work reliably in the past.

So how do I get Unlimited International SMS added to my account?

We’ve tried to add the perk from our end but we got the same error. We have submitted a request for the perk to be added by the dedicated team in the backend. This will take up to 3 business days.

BTW, will this problem happen next time I try to change my plan and add a perk?

What’s up with this problem anyway? Judging from these forums, t seems to have been going on for a long time for many people.


@MilMo There is an issue that still being investigated, however in many cases the error doens’t happen.

In case you experience the  same issue in the future, please start a new post and we will look into it.
