Can’t Pick A Perk

Hi, I signed up for a different plan this month.  For 2 weeks I’ve been prompted to pick a perk.  I want SMS international texting, but every time I try to pick it, I receive an error and a message saying to try again in an hour.  I’ve tried over a dozen times.  This is the transaction ID I received most recently:

Hi there @Perplexed 

We’re sorry to see that you are experiencing difficulties with the perk system. We have summited a form request  for the perk, Unlimited International SMS, to be added. It does have a delay and will be applied within around 24-48 hours. 

We recommend that you doublecheck the Self Serve account and reboot the device before use.
