Can't complete the stream+.

I can not complete the Stream+ on Netflix.

I had the information on my Netflix.

Included in your Koodo package

Contact Koodo directly to change plans, update your account and payment details, or to cancel your membership.”

What can I do next?

When you try to watch something on Netflix is it not working? It sounds like it’s already linked.

It looks like Netlfix is not activated yet through the Stream+ bundle. Did you follow the prompt to activate Netflix after you subscribed to Stream+?

I did use the activate link from Koodo webside.

After I click the link, it took me to Netflix.

Then I login my account.

It dose show any information about the Koodo or Telus.

I still can watch Netflix.

At the Billing Details, it is showing ‘Your membership is included with Koodo, which was activated on 2024-03-23. Contact Koodo for billing details.

Are you able to open the activation link in a different browser or in an incognito page, then follow the steps?

I try Edge and Chrome.

On Koodo webside, the Netflix still showed “activate”.

Other’s channel are showed “ Start Streaming”.

That’s odd!

You should get a confirmation once you log into your Netflix account through the ‘’Activate’’ link. Have you tried accessing the link on a different device, preferably a laptop/PC?  

I tried it with my iPhone and laptop many times.

But it still showed “Activate “.

We recommend scheduling a call back with the virtual assist, so a rep from the technical support can further investigate and log a ticket.
