I tried a few times to change 2 of my plans but every time I continue after choosing a perk, I always get the error message (see attached photo). I have been trying to change these plans for months and it’s the same issue every time. This was not the case in the past. I was able to change plans within seconds, but now it’s impossible to do it. Can someone please tell me why this keeps happening? 
 

 

What plan are you on and what perk are you trying to get?


Can you get past this error screen by not selecting a perk?

The free perk can be added later


These are the plans I’m on and the perks I’m trying to get are Rollover Data for one and Long Distance Call for the other.

 

 


I have not tried not selecting a perk. I will give that a try.


Did you successfully change to the new plans?

Are you able to select the free perk after the fact?

You want the rollover data on the $44 plan?


I was able to change to the $44 to the new plan, but still unable to select the free perk. Also, yes, I do want the rollover data on the $44 plan.

I did not change the $39 plan just yet because my husband uses the Long Distance Call perk on a daily basis and do not want him to go without it.


Did you want your husband’s $39 plan to change to the $44 plan too? 


No, let’s just leave my husband’s $39 plan as is.

We were unable to add the perk on our end however, we have submitted a request for the perk to be added by the dedicated team in the backend. This will take up to 3 business days.
