Trying to change my plan to get more Gigs of data each month, but in Self Serve, when I select the plan I want, the next step just clocks indefinitely.

Planning to change providers because this doesn’t seem helpful at all.

When you say “clocks”, do you mean it doesnt get past the loading screen?

 

What happens when you clear your browser’s cache or try a different browser?
