Can I change my plan?

My account have 2 lines. I want to downgrade the plan with the last 2-digit line 63. Please show me how to change.

Which plan are you on as of now? And do you have a Tab with Koodo recently? 
as well, which plan did you see when you try to change your plan in selfserve? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/changing-your-rate-plan

My plan is 34$/month as image. And i do not know What’s tab.

Now, i want to downgrade the currently plan.

Tab is like a financial plan when you bought a phone from Koodo.  Have you bought a phone from Koodo last 2 years and paying monthly fee for it?

If your current plan is $34 and 30GB, then there is not much option to downgrade to.

There is a starter plan $15, 250mb (3g speed) data and 100 min. But this can cause big overage charges at the end 

What is your phone usage like?
