HI there,

Please help, I found a system bug in Koodo mobile system, last month my calling function suddenly did not work while message and internet worked well, and I found that there were a transaction listed in history said my plan was changed to something, then 2 days later, the calling function was back to work, seems nothing happened and that transaction history disappear.

And this happened AGAIN this month, a transaction history and my calling function (in and out) NOT work (error is no mobile network).

What is going on in Koodo ?????

That line at the top said your new plan changed happened at July 21 2024. It didn’t happen recently.

If your phone had issue with calling while data and sms worked, the issue could be from the phone itself. Which phone model are you using? As well have you paid all bills recently?
