I have the premium + bundle but nitice

i am getting billed separately for subscriptions and then a bundle in my cell bill. Is this normal?

Hi ​@Lezlie1, you have 2 Stream+ bundles active. The one charging you on your mobility bill is the original Stream+ which gives you access to Netflix Premium, apple tv+ and discovery+.

The Stream+ bundle being charged directly to your credit card gives you access to Netflix Premium, Amazon Prime and Disney+ Premium.

Did you want to keep both bundles active? Please note, the first Stream+ bundle mentioned is no longer available to be added so if you cancel it, you cannot re-activate it. 


I only want one and (wrongly) assumed when signing up to one the first would be cancelled.

You can actually cancel your mobility Stream+ bundle from your online account, just like any regular add-on. You can find it on the line ending in *15, and here is a guide to managing your add-ons https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/changing-your-add-ons

Let us know if you run into any issues removing it.
