I am looking to add a line but selected the bring your own phone to keep the old phone number. When I go to the new profile it is is showing a new phone number. How can I change this so that I can change the new SIM card I got in the mail and get started with a new 2nd line.

You are bringing your old number from another provider right?
If so you just need to port your number over
