I have received the phone and sim from the BF2024 deals. The nice lady agent said that they will call me to activate the account. They have given me a sim with a temporary phone number. I have not transferred my current number to the new sim thinking the agent will give me a call back. I have requested a call back 3 times now without a reply. The thing is that the nice lady agent said that to not worry when I receive the billing because they will adjust it according to the amount we have agreed upon. **perks and fees waived etc.**
I was quoted total of 44$ x2 lines with S24FEx2, sim cardx2, waived for all fees.
5G - 50GB x2 and add of 25GB.
Currently this is what I see on my account.
Also the free package of phone charger, case etc. have not yet been received.
I was hoping someone from Koodo can help/assist me so that I can relax and enjoy the holiday. Thank you very much.
