Hi,

Does anyone else got his plan changed recently without their knowledge? I saw my bill got doubled, then I realized it’s not additional charges, but the different plan than I signed for. No one informed me, and I didn’t choose or agree on any new plan. How Koodo could change my plan automatically for the one of the most expensive options without my knowledge?

We have looked into it and we see the plan remained the same on each line, however there was a monthly credit that expired, this is why the bill is now higher.
