I’ve purchased apple tv + a month ago, and now it’s not working when I launch it through self serve. I’ve tried refreshing my koodo page, logging out and back in, clearing the cache, and restarting my computer. It won’t recognize my paid subscription and instead prompts me to buy one directly from apple. Please help!

Instead of launching it through self serve, are you able to log out of apple+TV and then log back in again?  Are you using the Apple+TV app?


Thank you! Solved! I wasn’t using the app, and for some reason remembered reading that I had to sign in via koodo because of the nature of the partnership.  


I am having the same issue, but can't use the Apple TV app on a Samsung. What was the solution?


Why cant you use the app? What error are you getting when you open the app?
