I want to add a line ( my mothers cell ) to our plan for easier management however she is already a Koodo customer.  If I add a line online  will they still be able to transfer the phone number and then just close my mothers account? 

 

If you want it all under the same bill you’ll want to contact customer service with your mom and ask for a transfer of ownership if she’s already a Koodo postpaid customer.

If she is a Koodo Prepaid customer and she is going to a postpaid plan, she will be able to do it. Otherwise, she would need to port out to another carrier and transfer her number back to Koodo as an existing postpaid customer.
