activate international calling

HI ,I have added the package for international calling .but it is still not activated.please help me with activating that service

@paulmathew88 Everything is properly set up on your account. If you are calling internationally make sure to use proper country and city code.

I’m trying to make an urgent international call to the UK - added the add-on to my plan but still get the error message that it’s not enabled.  I can’t wait until Friday for a scheduled call back!!
